摘  要:随着我国经济的不断发展,企业对人才质量及高职教育水平要求也越来越高,为了能够培养出更多高素质技能型人才,以湖南高职教育为研究对象,分析高职土建类专业在教师培养及“双师型”教学团队建设存在的问题[1],并根据问题提出策略,旨在能够更好地提升高职土建类专业教学团队建设水平和人才培养质量。With the continuous development of China’s economy,more enterprises have been achieving higher demands for talent quality and higher vocational education to their employees.In order to cultivate more high-quality skilled talents,by taking the present situation of higher-vocational education in Hunan Province as research object,this paper made a series of analyses on the issues existing in civil-engineering profession in higher vocational colleges&universities around training teachers and constructing“Double Teachers”teaching teams[1],and based on the above issues,it proposed corresponding countermeasures for purpose of better improving the current civil-engineering teaching-team constructing level and overall talents-cultivating quality therein.
