论企业的职业教育责任及其实现——基于企业社会责任理论视角

摘　　要：产教融合、校企合作是职业教育的基本办学模式,企业职业教育责任缺失是校企合作面临的重要难题。从企业社会责任理论视角出发,以"四层金字塔"为框架,提出了企业职业教育责任的"三层金字塔"模型:必尽责任是义务层面的选择,应尽责任是伦理层面的选择,愿尽责任是自愿性选择。从企业外部环境、内部环境和组织伦理学角度分析发现,企业履行职业教育责任存在制度约束软化、责任动力不足、规避教育责任等问题,可以通过完善国家法律法规约束机制、建构利益驱动机制和职业教育责任等级评定考核机制等策略推进企业履行职业教育责任。Industry-education integration,school-enterprise cooperation is the basic mode of vocational education.The lack of responsibility of enterprise in vocational education is an important problem faced by school-enterprise cooperation.From the perspective of corporate social responsibility theory,this paper puts forward a three-tier pyramid model of corporate vocational education responsibility based on the framework of"four tier pyramid":compulsory level,ethical level and voluntary level.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the implementation of vocational education responsibilities from the perspectives of external environment,internal environment and organizational ethics,and puts forward some promotion strategies,such as improving the national laws and regulations restraint mechanism,constructing the benefit driven mechanism and the vocational education responsibility rating and assessment mechanism.
