高职院校校企合作对学生就业的影响探析

摘　　要：对于职业院校来说,校企合作是一条必选之路。高职院校校企合作可有针对性地培养人才;通过校内外实训基地,实现学生与岗位的零距离对接;深入校企合作,可建立稳定的就业渠道。基于此,提出对策:融思想教育与人才培养全过程;多途径培养学生的职业综合素质;加强创新创业培养,提升学生创业能力;加强对学生"专升本"的引导,提高升学率。For vocational colleges, school-enterprise cooperation is a must. School-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges can cultivate talent in a targeted way. Through the training base inside and outside the school, it realizes the zero distance connection between students and the post;deep school-enterprise cooperation can establish stable employment channels. Based on this, it puts forward countermeasures: integrate the ideological education into the whole process of talent training;cultivate students’ professional comprehensive quality in multiple ways;strengthen innovation and entrepreneurship training to enhance students’ entrepreneurship ability;strengthen the guidance for students to pursue higher education and raise the rate of admission into higher schools.
