摘 要:近年来,虚拟现实技术在国内医学领域中得到了广泛关注和应用,并产生了大量相关的研究,对这些文献进行系统研究能够把握医学教育领域的研究热点。文章以中国知网期刊数据库中的220篇论文为研究对象,以共词分析法为研究方法,研究工具采用BICOMB、SPSS、Excel、Ucinet和NetDraw。社会网络分析展现了国内医学教育领域虚拟现实技术研究以虚拟手术和实验实训的应用研究为主,逐渐深入至具体学科的教学应用和教学改革等方面。多维知识图谱显示出国内医学教育学者围绕虚拟现实技术在医学教育中的应用研究、构建基于虚拟现实技术的医学教育实验室、利用虚拟现实技术开展医学实训教学相关研究、虚拟现实技术辅助教学促进教学改革研究等四大主题开展了讨论。In recent years, virtual reality technology has received extensive attention and app-lication in the domestic medical field, and has produced a large number of related research. Sys-tematic research on these research literatures can grasp the foreword of medical education. 220 pa-pers in the CNKI Database were selected as research objects, and the common word analysis me-thod was adopted as the research method. BICOMB, SPSS, Excel, Ucinet and NetDraw were us-ed as research tools. The social network analysis shows that the research on virtual reality techno-logy in the field of medical education in China is mainly based on the application research of vir-tual surgery and experimental training, and gradually deepens into the teaching application and tea-ching reform of specific disciplines. The multi-dimensional knowledge map shows the application of virtual medical technology in medical education by domestic medical education scholars, the con-struction of medical education laboratory based on virtual reality technology, the research of med-ical practice teaching using virtual reality technology, and the promotion of virtual reality tech-nology. The four major themes of teaching reform research were discussed.
