摘　　要：秋季转排是衡水老白干酒生产的关键阶段,而不同的投料方式及投料量又会直接影响到转排的效果,以基酒的产量和质量为主要考察指标,探讨了不同投料量对秋季转排的影响。Autumn turn row is the key stage of LaoBaiGan wine production,and the different way and amount of feeding can directly effect the result of turn row.Taking the yield and quality of base wine as the main investigation indexes,this article discussed the influence of different feeding amount on autumn turn row.
