论《西游记》中观音的教育者形象

摘　　要：如果从教育的角度来看《西游记》中的观音,她是一个不求全责备而能用人所长的伯乐、一个循循善诱会做思想工作的班主任、辅导员,一个宽严适度、教育得法的优秀教育工作者。这与观音从男到女的性别变化和“以色渡人”——救苦救难、慈悲为怀——挽救不良少年、教育熊孩子的形象变化及其在《西游记》中被神圣化、世俗化有关。Looking at Guan Yin in Journey to the West from the perspective of education,she is a Bole who is not demanding knowing how to use talents;a class teacher and counselor with methodical and good guidance;and an excellent educator with moderate severity and proper approaches.This has something to do with the gender change of Guanyin from male to female and the image change of"saving people through the material appearance of things"—saving people from suffering and trouble with mercy kindness—saving juvenile delinquents,educating naughty children,as well as the sanctification and secularization of her in Journey to the West.
