摘  要:《药物合成反应》是制药工程的专业基础课程。在教学过程中,经常出现学生学习积极性差,学习效果差等问题。为了提高教学质量和培养高素质的制药工程专业性人才,精选教学内容,改善授课形式和以反应机理为主线贯穿授课过程等对药物合成反应的课堂教学进行改革;结合指导教师的研究课题,对药物合成反应课程进行实验教学的改革。Organic Reactions for Drug Synthesis is a professional basic course for Pharmaceutical Engineering. In the teaching process,students often have problems such as poor learning performance and low willingness to learn. The classroom teaching of Organic Reactions for Drug Synthesis was reformed by selecting teaching contents,improving the teaching form and using the reaction mechanism as the pipeline during the teaching process. And combining with the subject of the research of the instructor,the experimental teaching reform of Organic Reactions for Drug Synthesis was carried out. The series of reform measures were aimed at improving the teaching quality and cultivating high-quality pharmaceutical engineering professionals.
