摘  要:学校管理的宗旨是促进师生发展,师生发展的最高境界是自主发展。宿迁市钟吾国际学校在学校管理过程中积极践行自主发展理念,学校自主管理实现自治、自理,教师自主发展遵循自尊、自强,学生自主成长聚焦自育、自立,着力让师生更具教育幸福感。The aim of school administration is to promote the development of teachers and students,the highest level of which is autonomous development.Our school administration actively pursues the idea of autonomous development,such as school autonomous administration realizing autonomy and self-management,teachers’autonomous development following self-esteem and self-improvement,and students’autonomous growth focusing on self-education and self-independence,trying to let teachers and students have more educational happiness.
