摘 要:针对葡萄酿酒挥发性玫瑰香气对心理调节机制的影响进行研究。经分析,芳香物质对人体的主要作用机制为嗅觉、皮肤和神经系统三种。通过测试分析玫瑰香气对人体和心理的调节作用。测试材料是随机选择的含有玫瑰香气的葡萄酒;测试场地为4个20 m2的房间,分别为没有放置任何带有芳香物质的空房间、4瓶带有玫瑰香气葡萄酒的房间1、6瓶带有玫瑰香气葡萄酒的房间2、10瓶带有玫瑰香气葡萄酒的房间3。经测试,玫瑰香气可以降低血压及心率,使人放松,并平稳情绪,浓度不同效果不同,在该实验中,香气浓度较低的房间1表现出的效果最优。综合测试结果、参试人员问卷调查和以往实践经验,分别在不良情绪的改善和心理状态的调节两方面分析葡萄酿酒挥发性玫瑰香气对心理调节的作用。最后简析了玫瑰植物色彩和景观环境对心理的调节作用。The effects of volatile rose aroma in grape wine on people’s psychological regulation were studied.The main action mechanism of aromatic substances on human body is through olfactory,skin and nervous system.In the experiment,grape wine with rose aroma was selected randomly,and the test sites were four 20 m2 rooms(empty room,No.1 room with 4 bottles of grape wine,No.2 room with 6 bottles of grape wine,and No.3 room with 10 bottles of grape wine).The test results suggested that rose aroma could lower blood pressure and heart rate,and calm people down;the effects differed due to the concentration(No.1 room displayed the best effects).Based on the test results,the questionnaire survey of the participants and the previous practical experience,the effects of volatile rose aroma on people’s psychological regulation were analyzed from the aspects of the improvement of adverse emotions and the adjustment of psychological state.Finally,the role of rose color and landscape environment in psychological regulation was analyzed briefly.
