摘 要:产业升级对高技能人才培养提出了更高要求。当前我国高技能人才队伍规模不断扩大,结构日益优化,培养体系日益健全,但仍存在总量不足、结构不合理、培养质量有待提升等问题。究其原因在于政府、企业、学校未形成多元协同配合机制,表现为政府宏观调控职能履行不力、企业内部培养机制不健全、职业院校人才培养培训质量不高。推动高技能人才培养,一要强化政府宏观调控职能,充分发挥政府主导作用, 二要健全企业内部培养机制,强化企业主体地位, 三要提升人才培养培训质量,增强职业院校基础培养能力。The industrial upgrading proposes higher requirements about the high-skilled personnel training.At present,the scale of China's high-skilled talent team is constantly expanding,its structure is increasingly optimized,and its training system becomes more wellestablished.However,there are still some problems,such as the insufficient quantity of high-skilled personnel,the irrational structure of the talent team and the inadequate quality of training.The causes lie in the fact that there is a lack of coordination mechanism to coordinate the government,enterprise and school.In order to promote the high-skilled personnel training and help it break through the dilemma,it is necessary to,strengthen the macro-control function of the government and allow the government to fully play its leading role,improve the internal training mechanism of enterprise and strengthen its dominant position,and improve the quality of high-skilled personnel training and strengthen the basic training function of vocational colleges.
