高职院校技术创新能力发展现状及提升对策研究——基于78所国家示范性高职院校的实证分析

摘　　要：探索符合职业教育特色的技术创新模式是当前经济发展模式下对高职院校提出的新挑战。基于高职院校技术创新能力综合指数模型的分析显示,技术研发能力是高职院校技术创新的核心竞争力,目前高职院校还存在着产学研合作服务水平低、发展差异巨大和科技成果转化水平极低等问题。通过相关性分析得出,高职院校所在的城市与学校举办者性质等层面对院校的技术创新能力有显著影响。提升高职院校技术创新能力,应着力于四个方面:搭建集成化产教综合体平台,提升技术创新综合实力;深化科技创新制度改革,推动高端技术创新团队的建设;聚焦区域社会经济发展,凸显技术创新服务的地域性特征;提高科技成果的含金量,加速技术创新对接产业发展。It is a new challenge for higher vocational colleges under the current economic development mode to explore the technological innovation mode that conforms to the characteristics of vocational education. The analysis based on the comprehensive index model of the technological innovation ability of higher vocational colleges, shows that the technological research & development ability is the core competitiveness of the technological innovation of higher vocational colleges. At present, there are still some problems in higher vocational colleges, such as the low level of service, the huge difference in development and the very low level of transformation of scientific and technological achievements. Through the correlation analysis, it is concluded that the city where higher vocational colleges are located and the nature of school organizers have a significant impact on the technological innovation ability of colleges. In order to improve the technological innovation ability of higher vocational colleges, we should focus on four aspects: building an integrated industry and education complex platform, enhancing the comprehensive strength of technological innovation;deepening the reform of technological innovation system, promoting the construction of high-end technological innovation teams;focusing on regional social and economic development, highlighting the regional characteristics of technological innovation services;improving the gold content of scientific and technological achievements, and accelerating the docking between technological innovation and industrial development.
