工匠精神引领下的高职学生职业素养培育研究——以园林类专业为例

摘　　要：高职院校的园林类专业是培养高技能高素质园林人才的主阵地。现阶段,将工匠精神融入到学生职业素养培育是必不可少的。以工匠精神为引领,园林类专业高职学生的职业素养培育,可从以下几方面来组织实施:从"园林审美修养"维度出发,培育学生的园林"初心";从"园林职业技能与职业习惯"维度出发,打造学生的园林"匠心";从"园林职业信念"维度出发,修炼学生的园林"恒心"。高职院校只有在职业素养培育中融入工匠精神,才能为国家培育出符合时代发展需求的园林人。The gardening major in vocational colleges is a position to cultivate highly-skilled and high-quality gardening talents.At the present stage,it is essential to integrate the craftsmanship into the cultivation of professional qualification.Guided by"the spirit of craftsmanship",professional qualification cultivation of vocational college students can be organized and implemented from the following aspects:to help students germinate their"beginner’s mind"for gardening through the dimension of"garden aesthetic appreciation";to cultivate students’ "craftsmanship"in gardening through the dimension of"professional gardening skills and habits";to train students’ "perseverance"through the dimension of"professional gardening beliefs".By incorporating the"the spirit of craftsmanship"into the cultivation of professional qualification,we will produce gardeners that can meet the needs of developments in the current era.
