摘  要:对8个产地收集的多花黄精中多糖、黄酮、多酚、浸出物、Cu、Se、Pb、Cd的含量进行比较分析,结果显示,江西宜春的多花黄精多糖含量最高,为14.77%;湖南张家界的多花黄精黄酮及浸出物含量最高,分别为(1.09±0.04)mg/g、74.51%;四川广安的多花黄精多酚含量最高,为(1.45±0.02)mg/g;Cu、Se含量最高的分别为广东清远的多花黄精(1.7859μg/g)、江西宜春的多花黄精(77.99 ng/g);Pb、Cd含量最高的分别为广东清远的多花黄精(2.4694μg/g)、广西桂林的多花黄精(0.2637μg/g),但均低于国家的限量标准,不存在重金属超标问题。表明不同产地的多花黄精化学成分含量存在一定的差异。The contents of polysaccharides,flavonoids,polyphenols,extractums,Cu,Se,Pb and Cd in Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua collected from 8 producing areas were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the content of polysaccharide from Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua in Yichun,Jiangxi Province was the highest,being 14.77%.The content of flavonoids and extractums from Zhangjiajie in Hunan Province was the highest,1.09±0.04 mg/g and 74.51%respectively.The polyphenol content of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua in Guang’an,Sichuan Province was the highest,which was 1.45±0.02 mg/g;The highest contents of Cu and Se were Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua from Qingyuan,Guangdong(1.7859μg/g)and Yichun,Jiangxi(77.99 ng/g).The highest contents of Pb and Cd were Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua in Qingyuan,Guangdong(2.4694μg/g)and Guilin,Guangxi(0.2637μg/g),respectively,but they were lower than the national limit standards,and there was no problem of excessive heavy metals.The results showed that there were some differences in chemical constituents of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua from different producing areas.
