摘　　要：解读2019年全国职业院校技能大赛教学能力比赛方案,充分领会职教改革相关文件精神,将其指导思想落实到人才培养的各个环节,推动教育教学改革,提高人才培养质量。分析历年大赛相关信息,准确理解2019年赛事改革要求,认为本次大赛在指导思想、比赛项目、比赛形式、比赛学时等方面较往年均有很大不同,可操作性和指导性更具体、更全面。分析提出大赛在促进各专业人才培养方案的修订、课程体系设置、教学内容更新、教学方法改革、教学团队建设等方面更具有深远的作用和意义。Interpretation of the 2019 national vocational and technical college skills competition teaching capacity competition program,fully understand the spirit of the relevant documents of vocational education reform,put its guiding ideology into all aspects of personnel training,promote education and teaching reform,improve the quality of personnel training.Based on the analysis of the relevant information of previous competitions and the accurate understanding of the requirements of the competition reform in 2019,it is concluded that the competition is quite different from previous years in terms of guiding ideology,competition items,competition form,competition hours,etc.,the operability and guidance are more specific and comprehensive.It is pointed out that the contest plays a far-reaching role in the revision of the training plan,the course system,the renewal of the teaching content,the reform of the teaching method and the construction of the teaching team.
