摘　　要：职业院校服务国家精准扶贫的战略有效途径与实证研究可以从两个层面来进行分析和展开,一个是职业院校针对于贫困地区推动针对性的专业技能教育达到安民、富民、强民目的有效途径和方法;另一个职业院校针对学校中存在的贫困学生实施精准扶贫达到济贫救困、教书育人目标的有效途径和方法。The effective way and empirical research of the strategy“vocational colleges serve the national targeted poverty alleviation”may be analyzed and developed from two levels:the first is the effective way and method for the vocational colleges to promote the targeted professional skills education in the poverty-stricken areas,in order to reach the purpose of stabilizing,enriching and prospering the people;and the other is the effective way and method for the vocational colleges to carry out targeted poverty alleviation to the poverty-stricken students in the schools,in order to reach the purpose of helping the poor and those in troubles and imparting knowledge and cultivating people.
