摘　　要：职业院校利用大数据分析手段建立教学质量保障体系,推进教学质量诊改体制和机制建设,切实提高职业教育人才培养质量,是目前职业院校所面临的重大挑战和考验。文章以天津海运职业学院为例,阐述基于船员教育和培训质量管理的网格化质量保障体系下的职业院校发展进程。It is a great challenge and test encountered by the vocational colleges to establish the teaching quality assurance system with big data analysis means,promote the teaching quality diagnosis and reform mechanism and institution construction,and effectively promote the vocational education talent training quality.This paper,with Tianjin Maritime College for example,sets forth the vocational college development process under the grid quality assurance system based on the maritime education and training quality management.
