摘 要:服务脱贫攻坚是高职院校必须承担的社会责任,也是高职院校自我发展的良好契机。近年来,我国高职院校在服务脱贫攻坚中取得了一定成效,但在工作实践中还存在持续性“输血”能力不足、社会资源整合能力偏弱、扶贫协作中地位较边缘、“发展悖论”瓶颈难突破等现实困境。为更好服务脱贫攻坚,高职院校需要进一步优化工作路径:借船出海,善用政策机遇;搭建平台,协调各方资源;对接产业,强化自身建设;更新理念,完善职业教育和培训体系;守土有责,做好资助育人。Serving poverty alleviation is not only a social responsibility that higher vocational colleges must undertake,but also a good opportunity for their self-development.In recent years,China’s higher vocational colleges have made great efforts in the service of poverty alleviation,and achieved certain results.However,there are still practical difficulties in work practice,such as insufficient continuous“blood transfusion”ability,weak integration of social resources ability,marginal position in poverty alleviation cooperation,and difficulty in breaking through the bottleneck of“development paradox”.In order to serve the poor better,higher vocational colleges need to further optimize the working path by borrowing the boat to go to sea and making good use of policy opportunities;building a platform to coordinate resources of all parties;connecting with industries and strengthening self-construction;renewing ideas and improving vocational education and training system;keeping soil responsibility,and do a good job of funding education.
