摘　　要：分析五年一贯制师范院校班级管理模式中存在的问题,提出“非线性网状一体化”班级管理模式,建立专业化的班主任队伍,培养高效协作的学生干部队伍,完善管理制度,注重学生技能训练,提高班级管理效率。This thesis analyzes the problems existing in the class management mode of Five-year Education System,and puts forward the class management mode of“non-linear network integration”.We should establish a diverse,complementary and professional team of class teachers,cultivate a capable,efficient and united student cadre team,perfect the management system,and pay attention to the training of students'skills to improve the efficiency of class management.
