头针联合综合康复治疗儿童交替性偏瘫2例观察

摘　　要：目的观察头针联合综合康复治疗对儿童交替性偏瘫的疗效。方法对2例经基因检测的儿童交替性偏瘫患儿病情进行分析,并给予头针及综合康复治疗。结果2例儿童交替性偏瘫患儿经治疗智力、运动功能均得到提高。结论交替性偏瘫发病越早,病情越重,头针联合康复治疗能一定程度改善患儿症状,运动治疗效果明显好于智力效果。Objective To observe the effect of scalp acupuncture combined with comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on children with alternating hemiplegia.Methods Two cases of children with alternating hemiplegia were analyzed after gene detection,and were given scalp acupuncture and comprehensive rehabilitation treatment.Results The intelligence and motor function of two children with alternating hemiplegia were improved after treatment.Conclusion The earlier the onset of alternant hemiplegia,the more serious the condition.The combination of scalp acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy can improve the symptoms of children to a certain extent,and the effect on motor function is obviously better than the effect on intelligence.
