现代学徒制工作室带动学徒创新创业的关键点研究

摘　　要：在各类创新创业比赛中,现代学徒制工作室的师生竞争优势明显,工作室带徒的项目化、团队合作、社会化等特点决定工作室应是培养学徒创新创业的“排头兵”。工作室应遵循创新创业的发展规律,明确教学目标,发挥自身优势,在实践中不断摸索改进带徒方式方法,抓住项目设置、项目管理、社会化考核三大环节,为学徒提供足够的硬件、软件资源,全方位带动学徒创新创业。In all kinds of innovation and entrepreneurship competitions,teachers and students from modern apprenticeship studio has obvious competitive advantages.The characteristics of studio,such as project,teamwork and socialization,determine that the studio should be the"pioneer"in training apprentices'innovation and entrepreneurship.The studio should follow the development law of innovation and entrepreneurship,clarify the teaching objectives,give full play to its own advantages,and constantly explore ways and means of improving apprenticeship in practice.It is the conclusion that the studio should grasp the three links of project setting:project management,project management and socialized assessment.The teachers need to provide adequate hardware and software resources for apprentices to promote their innovation and entrepreneurship in an all-round way.
