一类具有潜伏期的年龄结构的传染病模型及其防控对策

摘　　要：文章主要研究了一类具有潜伏期,采取接种和隔离措施的具有年龄结构的SEIQR传染病模型,并推导出再生数R0的表达式,证明R0<1时无病平衡点是全局渐进稳定和局部渐进稳定,R0>1时存在唯一的地方病平衡点,并讨论传染病的防控对策。This paper mainly studies a class of the incubation period,take the vaccination and quarantine measures SEIQR epidemic model with age structure,and deduce the expression of reproductive number Ro,prove that R0<1 disease-free equilibrium globally asymptotically stable and locally asymptotic stability,R0>1 have unique endemic equilibrium,and discuss the prevention and control of infectious diseases.
