摘 要:该文研究之目的:探讨在泌尿外科实践教学中采用案例教学法与研讨式教学模式相结合的效果,为泌尿外科学教学提供依据。之方法:选择5年制临床医学生,分为实验班(2017年6~12月临床实习学生)和对照班(2018年1~6月临床实习学生)。在泌尿外科实践教学中,对照班应用传统教学模式,实验班实施案例教学法与研讨式教学模式相结合教学模式。通过出科考试成绩和问卷调查的方式评价教学效果。之结果:出科考试成绩实验组专业基础知识、临床技能操作、病历书写、临床分析能力均优于传统教学模式组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组学生在提高学习兴趣、提高沟通能力和对教学满意度等方面,实验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。之结论:案例教学法与研讨式教学模式相结合提高了泌尿外科的教学效果,激发了学生的学习兴趣,提高了学生的自主学习能力。Objective To explore the efficacy of urology clinical practice teaching by the case teaching method with seminar teaching mode and provide evidence for urology clinical practice teaching.Methods Five-year clinical medical students admitted by our clinical medical school in 2013 were involved.They were divided into experimental class(clinical practice students from June to December 2017)and control classes(clinical practice students from January to June 2018).In the practice teaching,the traditional teaching mode was applied in the control class,and case teaching method combined with seminar teaching mode were applied in the experimental class.The teaching effect was evaluated by the results of the examinations and questionnaire.Results The professional basic knowledge,clinical skill operation,medical record writing and clinical analysis ability of the experimental group were superior to the traditional teaching mode group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental group was superior to the control group in improving the interest in learning,improving communication ability and satisfaction with teaching,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of the case teaching method and the seminar teaching mode could improve the teaching effect of clinical practice of urology,and could also improve students’interest in learning and initiative in self-study.
