摘　　要：以西安电子科技大学非全日制MBA研究生为例,从实践教学的教学目标、实施模式、具体内容和实践教学体系的实现路径几方面,构建了"一条主线、两个结合、三个层次、四项保障"的实践教学体系,以提高非全日制研究生职业能力和创新能力。Taking the part-time MBA graduate students of Xidian University as an example,the practical teaching system of "one main line,two combinations,three levels,four guarantees" is constructed from the aspects of teaching objectives,implementation modes,specific contents and realization path of practical teaching system.The purpose of this practical teaching system is to improve the vocational and creative abilities of part-time graduate students.
