摘  要:人工种植牙已成为修复牙列缺损与缺失的重要手段,为了取得良好的治疗效果,对种植医师的要求逐渐增高。只注重种植医师的理论基础与操作基础的学习与提高,缺乏全科医学思维的培养,这对于临床患者的诊治是十分不利的。全科医学思维模式不但有助于提高种植医师自身的业务水平,也有利于为患者提供更好的服务,减少医患纠纷。本文从临床实际出发,讨论种植教学的现状特点以及全科医学思维培养的内容,以求提高口腔种植医师的临床诊治能力。Dental implants have become an important way of repairing dentition defects and edentulous.In order to achieve good treatment results,the requirements for dental implant doctors have gradually increased.It is disadvantageous for the diagnosis and treatment of clinical patients to pay attention to the study and improvement of the theoretical and operational basis of implant doctors and lack of the cultivation of general medical cogitation.The general medical cogitation mode not only helps to improve the professional level of the dental implant doctors,but also helps to provide better services to patients and reduce doctor-patient disputes.Based on clinical practice,this article discusses the current characteristics of dental implant teaching and the content of cultivating general medical thinking in order to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment ability of dental implant doctors.
