摘　　要：当前,我国建筑业正在发生前所未有的变革,培养新时代的建筑人才极为迫切。结合《国家职业教育改革方案》,分析了国家职业教育改革新背景与当前建筑业发展新形势,剖析了当前建筑职业教育存在的问题,通过深入开展职业教育人才培养模式改革,提高育人水平,激励企业和社会力量参与职业教育,深入开展产教融合,推动1+X(BIM)证书试点工作,促进"书证融通"落地,加强师资培训,打造新时代双师型教师队伍,培养创新型建筑人才,培育工匠精神,服务于行业和地方经济发展,为国家培养优质的复合型建筑技术技能人才。At present,the construction industry of China is undergoing unprecedented change,it is very urgent to cultivate the construction talents in the new era.Combining with the National Vocational Education Reform Program,the paper analyzes the new background of the national vocational education reform and the new situation of the current construction industry development,analyzes the problems existing in the current construction vocational education,through the in-depth reform of the mode of vocational education talents cultivation,improves the level of educating people,encourages enterprises and social forces to participate in vocational education,promotes the integration of industry and education,promotes the pilot work of the 1+X(BIM)certificate,promotes the"book-certificate integration",strengthens the training of teachers,builds the new era double-qualified talents in architecture,cultivates the spirit of craftsmen,serves the industry and local economic development and cultivate high-quality complex skilled talents in construction techniques.
