摘  要:客户导向已经成为产品创新重要的趋势之一,但是也存在短视性和失败率较高等不足,用户创新通过对客户导向创新理论的修正成为新的更受欢迎的产品开发模式,但现有用户创新理论和用户工具箱理论存在作用有限、运用范围小等问题。竞争环境的变化迫使企业必须整合相关合作伙伴的能力和资源来构建一个价值网络开展竞争,在价值网络的视角下,每一种产品和技术的创新不再是独立的,而是置于价值网络的背景下的战略考虑。文章基于价值网络理论和模块化创新,发展了用户创新理论,并提出了模块化的用户创新模式来赢得企业竞争优势的四阶段模型:(1)客户资产导向下的领先用户识别;(2)模块化用户工具箱的开发;(3)交互式产品创新;(4)最终产品的整合。最后,总结了研究的成果以及未来研究的方向。Customer-oriented is being an important trend of product innovation,but there is also shortage of shortsightedness and high failure rate on customer-oriented product innovation. User innovation becomes a new and more popular product development model through the revision of customer-oriented innovation theory,but the previous theories of user innovation and user toolbox have some problems,such as limited function and small application scope. With the change of competitive environment,enterprises must integrate capabilities and resources based on their relevant partners to build the value network for competition. From the perspective of value network,innovation of each product and technology is no longer independent,but under the strategic background of value network. Thus,this paper incorporates the theories of value network and modular product development,develops the theory of user innovation,and provides a four-stage model of modular user innovation to advance enterprises’ competitiveness,including four steps:identifying lead user,developing toolkits for modular user innovation,interactive product innovation,integration of final product. Finally,this thesis is concluded,and future work is proposed.
