摘　　要：“产教融合,校企合作”是高职院校的主要人才培养模式,是高职院校能否培养出服务地方经济建设的应用型高素质人才的关键。抚顺职业技术学院汽车检测与维修技术专业积极探索实践“产教融合,校企合作”的人才培养模式,共创生产性教学实训基地,共建产学研高水平师资队伍,培育学生工匠精神,培养适合社会发展需求的高素质技术技能人才。"Industry-education integration,school-enterprise cooperation"is the main talent training mode in higher vocational colleges,and it is the key to training applied high quality talent to serve the local economic construction.The automobile inspection and maintenance technology specialty in Fushun Vocational Technology Institute actively explores and practices the talent training mode of"industry-education integration,school-enterprise cooperation",jointly builds the productive teaching practice base,and the high-level teacher team of industry-university-research,cultivates students'craftmanship spirit,and cultivates the high quality technical talent to meet social development needs.
