摘　　要：改革考核制度是提升高校思政课教学效果的有效途径。文章针对现行高校思政课考核方式存在的不足进行分析,探讨高校科学考核制度的创建原则,指出要坚持理论、实践、激励相结合的原则,坚持课堂、学校、社会相结合的原则,坚持教师、大学生、相关部门相结合的原则,坚持全员、全程、全面相结合的原则。The reform of assessment system is an effective way to improve the teaching effect of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the current assessment methods of Ideological and political courses in colleges and universities,discusses the principles of the establishment of scientific assessment system in colleges and universities,and points out that we should adhere to the principle of combining theory,practice and motivation,the principle of combining classroom,school and society,the principle of combining teachers,university students and relevant departments,and the principle of combining all staff,the whole process and the whole.
