福建高职医学检验技术专业人才需求调查分析

摘　　要：目的通过对高职医学检验技术专业人才需求进行调查分析,为进一步完善人才培养方案、创新人才培养模式提供参考依据。方法设计高职医学检验技术专业人才需求调查问卷表,通过随机抽样对福建省10家三级医疗机构、15家二级医疗机构、30家基层医疗机构检验科,4家第三方独立实验室,8家生物技术企业进行调查,了解各单位近5年的人才需求情况及人才素质要求。结果基层医院检验科近5年拟引进人才以大专学历为主,占比57.5%;二级医疗机构以本科为主,大专生占26.1%;三级医疗机构以本科以上学历为主,大专生仅占4.4%;第三方独立实验室及生物技术企业以本科、大专学历为主,分别占比36.5%,46.0%。各单位在挑选人才时最看重的是专业技能、工作态度和人文素养。结论在指导学生就业方向时,应提高对基层医疗卫生机构、第三方独立实验室及生物技术企业的关注。职业院校应根据市场需求定期修订人才培养方案,培养具有专业技能强、职业素质高的复合型人才。Objective To investigate talent demand of medical laboratory technology in higher vocational colleges,and as a basis to reform talents training program and innovate talents training mode.Methods The talent demand questionnaire of medical laboratory technology were designed for investigating 10 tertiary medical institutions,15 secondary medical institutions,30 basic medical institutions,4 third-party independent laboratories and 8 biotech companies in Fujian by random sampling.Results The main talents to be introduced into clinical laboratory of basic medical institutions are college education,accounting for 57.5%;the secondary medical institutions are undergraduate education,college education accounting for 26.1%;the tertiary medical institutions are undergraduate education or above,college education accounting for only 4.4%;the third-party independent laboratories and biotech companies are undergraduate education and college education,accounting for36.5%and 46.0%respectively in the next five years.Professional skills,working attitude and humanistic quality are the most important factors in talent selection.Conclusion We should pay more attention to basic medical institutions,third-party independent laboratories and biotech companies when guiding the direction of students’employment.Vocational colleges should revise the talents training program regularly according to the market demand,and cultivate the compound talents with strong professional skills and high professional quality.
