摘  要:“中国制造2025”明确部署了要提高我国的制造业国际化发展水平的战略任务,同时强调“人才为本”的基本方针。机械类专业作为与制造业紧密相关的知识领域,其相关创新型复合人才的输出对战略布局的整体推进发挥着重要的作用。文章基于我国高等教育机械工程的人才培养模式,对其现状进行了分析,梳理了新工科背景下人才培养的目标要求,并从注重基础专业建设、开展新工科学科交叉、注重学术成果交流、加强校企合作与交流等方面对该学科创新型人才的培养模式进行了探索与思考。"Made in China 2025"clearly deploys the strategic task of improving the international development level of China's manufacturing industry,while emphasizing the basic principle of"people-oriented".As knowledge field closely related to the manufacturing industry,the output of its related innovative compound talents plays an important role in the overall promotion of the strategic layout.Based on the talent training model of mechanical engineering in China's higher education,this paper analyzes its current situation,combs the goals and requirements of the training of mechanical engineering professionals in the context of new engineering,and explores and thinks about the cultivation mode of innovative talents in this discipline from the aspects of focusing on the construction of basic majors,carrying out the interdisciplinary of new engineering,focusing on the exchange of academic achievements,and strengthening the cooperation and exchange between schools and enterprises etc.
