美国博物馆学校的办学模式创新及挑战

摘　　要：美国博物馆学校是公立学校迎接时代发展与挑战,充分利用博物馆资源支持学校教育以及促进教育机会平等而进行办学创新的结果。美国博物馆学校在育人模式、办学模式、管理模式、学习模式以及课程模式五方面进行了创新,推进了无边界的育人模式、开启了馆校合作的办学模式、创新了博物馆学习模式,以及以展览创建为核心的课程模式,但在可持续发展、博物馆学校模式的推广、馆校合作关系的发展等方面仍然存在问题和挑战。The American Museum Schools is a result of innovations in public schools that meets the development and challenges of the new era,makes full use of museum resources to support school education,and promotes equal opportunities in education.They have carried out innovations in the five aspects of education mode,school-running mode,management mode,learning mode and curriculum mode.They created the borderless education mode,opened the museum-school cooperation school-running mode,and adopted the collaborative management mode,created museum learning mode and curriculum model with exhibition creation as their core,but there are still some problems in terms of their sustainable development,promotion of museum school model,and development of museumschool cooperation.
