摘 要:外宣翻译在对外传播国家文化、树立国家形象、提升国家话语权等方面起着关键作用,其质量的优劣将影响国外受众对中国及中国文化的认知与印象。译者在处理富有中国特色的政治词句时,以异化策略与归化策略作为指导方向,根据实际情况在"中国英语"与"靠近读者"之间作出选择,力求译文准确、严谨,实现外宣翻译的价值。Foreign publicity translation plays a key role in disseminating national culture,establishing national image and improving national discourse power. Its quality will affect foreign audiences’ cognition and impression of China and Chinese culture. When dealing with political words and sentences with Chinese characteristics,the translator takes the strategies of foreignization and domestication as the guiding direction,and makes a choice between "Chinese English" and "close to the readers" according to the actual situation,so as to make the translation accurate,rigorous and realize the value of publicity translation.
