中国研究型大学本科生高影响力教育活动特征探析  

On the Characteristics of High-Impact Educational Practices for Undergraduates in China Research Universities

摘　　要：本研究调查发现,我国研究型大学本科生高影响力教育活动具有八个特征:使学生与他人广泛而深入地交流;为学生创造合作的机会和具有挑战性的任务;知行合一,让学生在实践中学习;有一定的学习自由度,促进学生自主学习;使学生感受到师者风范;能启发学生的深入思考;提供大量阅读或写作的机会;让学生体验多元文化。中美本科生高影响力教育活动的特征既有共同点也有不同之处。我国研究型大学建设一流本科,要将优质学习发生的共性要素作为高质量学习的核心标准,充分发挥教师对本科生成长的影响作用,加强本科生的阅读和写作训练,将体验多元文化作为本科人才培养的重要组成部分。It finds that there’re eight characteristics of high-impact educational practices(HIPs)in China research universities:communicating with others widely;creating opportunities of collaboration and challenging tasks;learning in practice;learning freely;influencing by the faculty;thinking deeply;a lot of reading and writing;experiencing multiculturalism.HIPs characteristics of China and America share some common points,while there’re differences.To construct world-class undergraduate education,it should take the common elements of excellent learning as core standard,maximize the influences of faculty,strengthen reading and writing,and offer multicultural experience.
