摘  要:体检部护理是临床护理学各个层次医学教育中的新兴课程之一,日渐受到重视。目前,较多的临床教学医院在体检部护理教学仍沿袭传统而单项的"传授-接受"固定化教学方式,整个教学过程中缺乏趣味性、互动性和临床实践性,学生运用所学知识独立思考及临床解决实际问题的能力也缺乏足够的锻炼。为了达到较好的教学效果,将Seminar教学法与案例教学法相有机结合,让该种新型教学模式引入体检部护理临床教学实践中,使同学们学习主动性明显提高,学习兴趣得到了更好地激发,知识面拓宽,临床思维能力更有逻辑性,体检部护理临床教学效果明显提高。Nursing Teaching of physical examination department is one of the compulsory courses in all levels of medical education. At present, the majority of clinical teaching hospitals are still the traditional "teaching-accepting" one-way teaching model in nursing Teaching of physical examination department, it is difficult to ensure the learning interesting, interactive and clinical practice relevance, ignoring the students’ independent thinking ability and simulation Practice of exercise. In order to improve the teaching effect, the Seminar teaching method and the case teaching method are combined to construct the new teaching mode and introduce in the clinical teaching practice of physical examination department, which can effectively motivate the students ’learning initiative, expand the knowledge and exercise the students’ knowledge integration ability;Logical thinking ability, thereby enhancing the clinical effect of physical examination department.
