摘  要:目的探讨微格教学模式在消化内科实习中的教学效果和体会。方法选取2017年12月-2018年12月在消化内科进行实习的本科层次的护理实习学生42例,抓阄分成对照组(21人)和试验组(21人),对照组给予传统的带教方法,试验组给予微格教学法,比较两组护生在理论、技能、综合能力和对带教满意度方面有无差异。两组学生在性别、年龄、专业前的课程成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(均显示P>0.05)。结果观察组在理论考核成绩、操作考核成绩、教学满意度等方面均高于对照组。结论微格教学能提高护理教学的教学质量,提高学生的主观能动性,同时也提高了学生对教学效果的满意度。Objective Discussion on the teaching effect and experience of Microteaching mode in the probation course of digestive medicine. Methods From October to December 2018, 42 class 2016 nursing undergraduates were selected for internship in gastroenterology department. They were divided into control group(21 people) and experimental group(21 people). The control group was given traditional teaching methods, and the experimental group was given micro teaching methods. The differences between the two groups in theory, skills, comprehensive ability and satisfaction with teaching were compared. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). Results The results of theoretical assessment, operational assessment and teaching satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. Conclusion The results of theoretical assessment, operational assessment and teaching satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. Conclusion microteaching can improve the teaching effect of nursing teaching, improve students’ interest in learning, and improve students’ satisfaction with the teaching effect.
