摘  要:目的探讨"模拟诊室"在内科教学中的应用。方法选择学校2013级临床医学专业学生28人在实习前参加学习内科"模拟诊室"。"模拟诊室"结合了标准化病人(SP)问诊和情景模拟教学两部分,另有2013级临床医学专业26人作为随机对照组不参加内科"模拟诊室"学习。对两组学生的教学成果进行评估。结果试验组学生内科学出科理论成绩及实习平时成绩均显著高于对照组学生。试验组学生出科理论成绩的优良率高于对照组,但P值未显示出统计学差异,而试验组实习平时成绩优良率显著高于对照组。结论内科"模拟诊室"教学在实习前的开展可以显著提高学生的内科学出科理论成绩,实习平时成绩及优良率均有了明显提升。内科"模拟诊室"使学生的临床综合能力有了明显提高。Objective To explore the role of "simulated clinic" in the clinical teaching of internal medicine. Methods Twenty-eight students of clinical medicine students who were admitted in our medical school in 2013 were randomized selected to participate in the "simulated clinic" research, which consisted of standardized patent(SP) and the course of situational simulation teaching before clinical practice. Another 26 students in the same grade were enrolled as random control with conventional teaching methods. Evaluation was conducted based on the exam results for internal clinical practice. Results Students in the "simulated clinic" group showed better mean score of both routine performance and final examination than the ones of control group. In addition, the proportion of "excellent" or "good" level students was also remarkably higher in the "simulated clinic" group for the routine performance tests, as well as for final examination despite of insignificant P value. Conclusion "Simulated clinic" before clinical practice may notably enhance the comprehensive capability of internal clinical practice, representing as improved scores and rates of "excellent" and "good" level students of both routine performance tests and final examination.
