摘　　要：为适应新经济、新兴产业对计算机类高素质应用型人才的需求,探索新工科背景下人才培养方式,以盐城工学院软件工程专业为例,提出一个校企合作嵌入式人才培养新模式,从人才培养目标、课程体系与内容、师资培养、教学模式和教学管理体系等几个方面探讨人才培养改革思路与具体做法。初步实践表明,该培养模式可增加学生面向就业的实际项目经验,提高学生工程应用能力与就业质量,是计算机类新工科建设人才培养的一种有效模式。To meet the needs of computer high-quality practical talents for the new economy and emerging industries,we explore the question of talent training under the new engineering background.Taking the software engineering major of our institute as an example,we propose a new mode of“embedded”talent training based on school-enterprise cooperation.The reform ideas and practices of this mode are discussed in details from the aspects of talent training objectives,curriculum system and content,teacher training,teaching mode,and teaching management system.Preliminary practice and analysis show that this training mode can increase students’practical project experience and improve their engineering ability and employment quality.And so it is an effective mode of training computer talents for new engineering construction.
