高职院校校园文化建设途径研究

摘　　要：校园文化建设是高职院校自身可持续发展的必然要求,对学生的成长、成才产生着巨大影响。为此,在明确高职院校校园文化建设内涵和重要意义的基础上,结合学院自身发展特色,提出高职院校校园文化建设的四个有效途径,即打造校园文化特色、提升文化育人功能、增强学生职业素质和铸造学院文化品牌,以达到提升学院竞争力、促进学院可持续发展的目的。The construction of campus culture is an inevitable requirement of the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges themselves,which has a great impact on the growth and success of students.Therefore,on the basis of clarifying the connotation and significance of campus culture construction in higher vocational colleges,and combined with the characteristics of the college's own development,four effective ways of campus culture construction in higher vocational colleges are put forward,namely,building campus cultural characteristics,enhancing the function of cultural education,enhancing the professional quality of students and building the college's cultural brand,so as to enhance the competitiveness of the college and promote the sustainable development of the college.
