摘  要:通过单因素和响应面法优化淡水微藻Chlorella vulgaris 224胞外多糖的积累,并对其抑菌、抗氧化活性进行研究。经优化后,C.vulgaris 224积累胞外多糖的最佳条件为NaNO3 203.13 mg/L、NaCl 85.34 mg/L、NaHCO3 2.13 g/L;在此条件下,其胞外多糖产量为70.365 7 mg/L,比优化前提高了1.62倍。抑菌实验结果表明,C.vulgaris 224的胞外多糖对金黄色葡萄球菌有较强的抑菌作用,对白色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌和大肠杆菌有较弱的抑菌作用。抗氧化实验结果表明C.vulgaris 224的胞外多糖具有较强的抗氧化活性。本研究为筛选天然抗菌、抗氧化活性物质提供了一定的参考价值,同时为产油微藻的综合开发利用提供了一定的理论依据。The accumulation of extracellular polysaccharide from Chlorella vulgaris 224 was optimized by single factor and response surface methodology,and its antibacterial and antioxidant activity were studied.After optimization,the optimal conditions as follows:NaNO3 203.13 mg/L,NaCl 85.34 mg/L,NaHCO3 2.13 g/L.Under optimal conditions,the extracellular polysaccharide yield was 70.365 7 mg/L,which was 1.62 times higher than before optimization.The results showed that extracellular polysaccharide of C.vulgaris 224 had the highest antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus and weak antimicrobial activity against Staphylococcus albus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Escherichia coli.At the same time,the extracellular polysaccharide of C.vulgaris 224 showed strong antioxidant activity.This study provided a certain reference value for screening natural antimicrobial and antioxidant active substances,and provided a theoretical basis for comprehensive utilization of oleaginous microalgae.
