摘 要:为探究上级专制领导对员工工作家庭的影响,采用问卷调查法分3次共收集了224个时间滞后数据,以资源保护理论为基础探究专制领导对下属工作家庭冲突和生活满意度的影响。使用SEM结构方程模型、层次回归进行数据分析。研究结果表明,情绪耗竭在专制领导与员工工作家庭冲突之间起中介作用,当下属的焦虑增加时,专制领导与下属工作家庭冲突的正向关系和专制领导与生活满意度之间的负向关系都加强,专制领导带来的危害会加剧。To explore the impact of autocratic leadership on employees′working families,we collect 224 time-lagged data in three times.Based on the theory of resource protection,this paper explores the influence of despotic leadership on the working family conflict and life satisfaction of subordinates.Data analysis was carried out using SEM structural equation model and hierarchical regression.The results show that emotional exhaustion plays an intermediary role between despotic leadership and employees′working family conflict,and when the anxiety of subordinates increases,the positive relationship between supervisor dictatorship and subordinates′working family conflict and the negative relationship between despotic leadership and life satisfaction are strengthened,and the harm caused by special leadership will be aggravated.
