在中职体育教学中如何培养学生适应社会的能力

摘　　要：体育是义务教育的重要组成内容,也是贯穿学生整个学习生涯的重要科目,对中职生而言更是如此。鉴于中职生即将迈入社会的现状,中职体育教学的开展要从培养学生适应能力着手,通过创设竞争环境、合作环境、比赛环境的形式,帮助学生提高其获取健康知识能力、公平竞争能力、互相合作能力及人际交往能力,全面提高学生的体育素养和社会适应能力。Physical education is an important component of compulsory education,but also throughout the students throughout the study of the important subjects,especially for secondary vocational students.In view of the secondary vocational student's is about to enter the social status quo,the development of school physical education teaching in training students'ability to adapt to start,through the creation of the competitive environment,the form of cooperation environment,competition environment,to help students improve the ability to get health knowledge,fair competition ability,cooperation ability and interpersonal skills,improving student's physical quality and social adaptation ability.
