摘 要:为了解决人工焊牌方式给产品贴标签存在的问题,对基于视觉技术的工业机器人焊牌流程全自动控制进行分析,自动控制系统采用MODBUS-TCP协议,通过码垛机器人将待贴牌的产品从仓库中取出放置在AGV小车,经过AGV小车输送到产品运输流水线,视觉系统采集产品运输流水线中产品的焊缝和焊点信息等传输至主控PLC向工业机器人下达标牌抓取命令和焊接命令,实现自动化焊牌。In order to solve the problem of labeling products by manual welding,this paper analyzes the automatic control of the welding process of industrial robot based on vision technology.The automatic control system uses Modbus-TCP protocol to take out the products to be labeled from the warehouse and place them in the AGV car through the stacker robot,and then transport them to the product transportation line through the AGV car.The vision system collects them In the product transportation assembly line,the information of the product's welding seam and welding spot is transmitted to the main control PLC to issue the tag grabbing command and welding command to the industrial robot,so as to realize the automatic welding of the tag.
