摘 要:采用同时蒸馏萃取法(SDE)从东京野茉莉的花中提取挥发性成分,并用气相色谱—质谱联用(GC-MS)技术对其化学成分进行分析鉴定.共鉴定出42种化学成分,占芳香油色谱总峰面积的77.96%;其成分的主要特征是:①酮类化合物含量较丰富,共有8种,为20.3%;②烯类化合物9种,占16.09%;③醛类、醇类和酚类化合物含量较高,其中醛类5种,占10.26%;醇类化合物10种,为8.63%;酚类化合物3种,占7.13%.④饱和键丰富的烷类化合物4种,达10.37%;⑤稀见的化合物有:醚类化合物2种(占4.25%);另外还分析到含有马鞭草烯酮、D-柠檬烯、壬醛、左旋香芹酮、4-烯丙基苯甲醚、茴香烯等稀见化合物.⑥酯类化合物常常是挥发“香气”类型的化合物,东京野茉莉的花中仅1种,占比0.93%.本文研究为东京野茉莉花的进一步开发利用提供理论基础和依据.The volatile components were extracted from Styrax tonkinensis flower by simultaneous distillation extraction(SDE)and their chemical constituents were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).A total of 42 chemical constituents were identified,accounting for 77.96% of the total peak area of aromatics.The main features of chemical constituents are:①There are rich ketone compounds and up to 8 components have been identified from Styrax tonkinensis flower,accounting for 20.3%of the total peak area;②9 alkene components have been detected from Styrax tonkinensis flower,accounting for 16.09% of the total peak area;③In the extract,the content of aldehyde,alcohol and phenolic compounds have a higher content.There are 5 aldehyde compounds,10 alcohol compounds and 3 phenolic compounds.Their content are 10.26%,8.63%and 7.13%,respectively;④4 alkane compounds with rich single bond have been found,accounting for 10.37%;⑤The rare compounds are two ether compounds(accounting for 4.25%).In the identified constituents,some rare compounds have been detected such as verbenone,D-limonene,nonanal,L-carvone,4-allylanisole,anethole;⑥Di-n-butylphthalate(0.93%)is only one ester compounds in the syste.Ester compounds are often volatile"fragrance"type compounds.The research has provided the theoretical basis and basis for the further development and utilization of Styrax tonkinensis flowers.
