摘　　要：家庭教育是教育的起点和基点。南京市玄武区依托“区教育系统家长学校总校”,对照标准开展总校建设,通过人员充实与调整,实现核心领导班子的和谐高效与效能放大;通过优化与培训,组建了素质过硬、结构合理、相对稳定的优秀团队;通过完善制度并狠抓落实,促进了管理的科学与规范;通过精准指导与深度研修,构建了特色纷呈的家校共育新局面,为区域家庭教育提供更专业的指导和支持,进一步发挥家庭教育在少年儿童成长过程中的重要作用。Family education is the starting and basic point of education.Our district relies on the headquarter of parent schools in the district educational system to carry out headquarter construction in accordance with the standards,trying to realize harmonious effi ciency and expansion of the core leading groups through personnel enrichment and adjustment.Meanwhile,we have set up an excellent team with high quality,reasonable structure and relative stability through optimization and training.Also,we have promoted the science and regulation of management through improving the system and rigid implementation.Furthermore,we have constructed a new situation of family-school cooperative education with various characteristics through precise guidance and in-depth study to provide regional family education with more professional guidance and support,so that family education can further play an important role in the process of children’s growth.
