摘　　要：随着互联网的发展,大学计算机基础教育在教学内容、教学方式、考核方式上面临新的问题和挑战,发展滞后。本文从多方面阐述了"互联网+"背景下高校计算机基础教学改革的迫切性,给出了各教学环节的改革思路,从而更好为培养社会需要应用型号人才服务。with the development of Internet, the basic computer education in university faces new problems and challenges in teaching content, teaching methods and assessment methods, and its development lags behind. This paper expounds the necessity and feasibility of the reform of computer basic education under the background of "Internet plus", and gives consideration to the reform of all teaching links, so as to better train the society to apply the model talents.
