摘  要:为有效提升专业课程与社会需求和行业实际的契合度,基于"食品分析"理论性强、实践性强、应用性强的突出特点,将"食品分析"课程与食品专业实践教学体系融合,注重理论教学与实践教学相结合、校内课堂与校外实习基地相结合、专业教育与行业需求相结合,探索理论、实验、实习、毕业设计"四位一体"的教学模式,取得一定成效。In order to effectively improve the fit of professional courses with social needs and industry reality,based on the outstanding characteristics of strong theory,strong practice and strong application of Food Analysis,integrated the Food Analysis course with the practical teaching system of food specialty,payed attention to the combination of theoretical teaching and practical teaching,the combination of classroom in school and practice base outside school,and the combination of professional education and industry demand.The Four in One teaching mode of theory,experiment,practice and graduation design has been explored and achieved certain results.
