摘　　要：食品化学是食品质量与安全专业的一门重要的专业基础课,针对医学院校食品化学教学过程存在的问题进行改革。通过以建设数字化课程为基础,优化教学内容,改革教学手段,提高了学生的积极性,增加了教师与学生互动的机会,获得了较好的教学效果。Food chemistry is an important professional basic course for food quality and safety.It reforms the problems existing in the food chemistry teaching process in medical colleges.Based on the construction of digital courses,optimizing teaching content,reforming teaching methods,improving students'enthusiasm,increasing the opportunities for teachers and students to interact,and obtaining better teaching results.
