摘　　要：设计了专门的调查问卷,了解高职社招学生的培养基础、培养需求等信息。通过问卷调查,发现百万扩招录取的学生结构具有年龄跨度大、学历层次多、已婚比例高等特点,学习目的、学习方式及学习内容诉求多元化。高职院校教学部门需要根据社招学生的特点因材施教,确保教学质量不滑坡。A special questionnaire was designed to understand the training basis,training needs and other information of social recruitment students.It is found that the personnel structure of one million new enrollment students displays the characteristics of large age span,different educational levels,and high percentage of being married.Meanwhile,their learning goals,learning styles and learning contents are varied.Therefore,higher vocational colleges must actively respond to the challenges and teach students in accordance with their aptitude,so as to ensure the teaching quality.
