摘　　要：近十五年的专题研究论文为梳理地方师范院校发展难题之具体内容及其解决方案提供了有益参考。在办学定位、人才培养、学科专业课程设置、师资队伍、教学质量、生源质量及就业、服务地方、资金、机制体制等方面存在的现实困难,研究者结合个案实际提出了较有针对性建议。已有研究在数量上的不足和深度上的欠缺则说明地方师范院校在推动此类研究方面的重要性。破解自身发展难题实则是当前地方师范院校开展内涵建设的一项重要攻坚任务。In the past 15 years,the special research papers provide useful references for combing the specific contents and solutions of the development problems of local normal universities.In terms of the practical difficulties in the orientation of running a school,the training of talents,the setting of courses for disciplines and specialties,the teaching staff,the quality of teaching,the quality of students and employment,the service to local areas,funds,mechanism and system,etc.,the researchers put forward more targeted suggestions in combination with the actual situation of the case.The lack of quantity and depth of existing research shows the importance of local normal colleges in promoting such research.It is an important task for local normal colleges to solve their own development problems.
