基于OBE的高职“人力资源管理”课程案例教学研究与实践

摘　　要：基于OBE的课程教学改革在高职院校积极推进。为有效达成OBE学习成果目标,提高学生职业能力,从一线教师角度出发,结合高职学情,依托网络教学平台的精品课程建设,从案例编写、案例呈现、案例分析3个方面探讨以学习者为中心的"人力资源管理"课程案例教学。There is no doubt that the course reform based on OBE has been promoted greatly in higher vocational colleges. In order to effectively achieve the goal of OBE learning achievement and improve students’ professional competence, the paper discusses the case teaching practice of"Human Resource Management"based on the aspects of case writing, case presentation and case analysis.
